We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were cute, particularly at the front desk and in the dining area. The food was excellent and reasonably priced compared to the nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk away from the sanctuary.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and fresh linens. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues. The continental breakfast offers a variety of options, including delicious pancakes with maple syrup. Plus, the hotel has rooms adapted for wheelchair users, ensuring accessibility for all guests.

This hotel is in a prime location, right near the gate to the famous sanctuary. It's so close that it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even let us have a late check-out when we arrived late due to train strikes. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and pilgrim site. I also appreciated the spacious reception area where we could relax and order drinks from the bar.
Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.

Comfortable bed, separate bathroom, tasteful furnishings. Free parking from 6 pm to 8 am. Close to basilica. Tranquil hotel with friendly staff. Nice view of mountains and pilgrim site from balcony.

Amazing view from the room with a balcony on the 10th floor. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent isolation from any noise. The hotel's location, just a 3-minute walk to the Sanctuary, was perfect. The cleaning staff was efficient and understanding.
